Self-Esteem Reflection
How you speak to yourself when no one else is listening.
Self-esteem is less about confidence in public and more about the tone of your internal narrator. Two people can present identically and hold completely different verdicts on themselves.
This reflection looks at that verdict: how you treat yourself after a mistake, whether praise lands or slides off, how much of your worth is tied to output, and how often you compare.
It is written in the language of patterns, not scores of worth. However this comes back, it describes a habit of thinking — and habits of thinking are among the most changeable things in psychology.
What this reflection looks at
- Inner criticism and self-talk
- How praise and mistakes are absorbed
- Worth tied to achievement or approval
- Comparison and visibility
What it is not
This measures nothing about your actual value and is not a clinical assessment.
What you get at the end
A short reflection written back to you in everyday language, a couple of gentle next steps, and — if you want them — a way to find a therapist who focuses on self-esteem and self-criticism. You can have your result emailed to you, or skip that entirely.
