Stress Load Reflection
How much pressure you are carrying, and where it is coming from.
Stress is not simply the amount of demand on you — it is the gap between demand and the resources, control, and recovery you have available. Two people with identical workloads can be in completely different states.
This reflection looks at that gap. It asks about pressure and deadlines, but equally about how much say you have, how much recovery you actually get, and how your body has been registering the load.
The result describes where your pressure is concentrated, which usually points to a more useful change than simply doing less.
What this reflection looks at
- Volume of demands and time pressure
- How much control you have over them
- Recovery, rest, and switching off
- Physical signs of sustained pressure
What it is not
This is a self-reflection tool, not a clinical measure of stress or a medical assessment of stress-related symptoms.
What you get at the end
A short reflection written back to you in everyday language, a couple of gentle next steps, and — if you want them — a way to find a therapist who focuses on stress and overwhelm. You can have your result emailed to you, or skip that entirely.
